If you want to improve your stability and the technique of getting into and out of eddies, this video will explain how to do it. There is no rule or just one way to do this maneuver, but you can learn a method that can help you to improve stability and less fatigue.

In this video I present what I always teach in my courses to get in and out of eddies. By learning this method you can avoid the instability that usually generates this maneuver and you can learn how to use the power of the current to stop in the eddies. The best situations where to use this method are big eddies with defined eddy lines, but with few changes it can be adapted to any eddy!

The rudder maneuver is very useful presuppositionĀ to control the eddy or the corrent as it keeps the continuous control of the direction effortlessly and also provides a support point.
